Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2026-01-25T20:12Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
GOES: CCOR-1
Activity ID: 2026-01-25T20:12:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Source Location: S17W66
Active Region Number: 14345
Note Keyword:
DPL: CME exhibits dimpled front
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
GAP: Data gap
OFL: Outflowing material at the back of the CME
OVR: Event partially overlaps with another CME
Source Signature Keyword:
FLR: Flare
PEA: Post eruption arcade
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
DIM: Dimming
Morphology Keyword:
OS: Other and Shock Candidate
Note: CME with two fronts (possibly a faster shock and a slower bulk followed by multiple outflows) and seen to the SW in GOES CCOR-1 and SOHO LASCO C2/C3. The CME is overed by a daily data gap in STEREO A COR2. Its source is likely a notable eruption in and around AR 14345 (S17W66) seen starting at 2026-01-25T19:20Z in SDO AIA 193 as dimming, minor moving ejecta and opening of field lines on/close to the SW limb. There is also a long duration C3.1 flare from this AR peaking at 2026-01-25T20:25Z and likely associated with the post-eruptive arcades of this CME.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
